The rabbit and the tortoise are two completely different creatures. One is built for speed. One is built for endurance. Somewhere along the way, we turned that difference into a competition – and we’ve been telling children the same story ever since: run fast, don’t stop, beat the other one to the finish line.

In our organisation, we believe this is one of the biggest blunders repeatedly made in our education system. Because the same mistake keeps happening with our children today. We compare them. We force competition between them. We measure every child against the same scale – as if they were all built for the same race.

They’re not

Every child is unique. Every mind works differently. Every strength shows up in a different place. The next generation doesn’t need more comparison – they need clarity, guidance, and parents and mentors who can identify their natural strengths and help them grow in the right direction.
So we’ve stopped asking,

‘Who came first?’

Like many of us in INDIA, Nisar Ahamed (CEO & Founder of Rabbit Tortoise) is an Engineer by profession who had no idea what has to be chosen for the undergraduate study at 17.

Born and bred in the foothills of the Western Ghats, Bodinayakanur in Theni District, Tamil Nadu which is primarily known as the South Kashmir & the Cardamom capital of INDIA.

He was one of the innocent kids who knew nothing other than studying, playing cricket & table tennis until high school. Having faced rejection from his birth, he tags himself as “AN EXAMPLE OF REJECTION”. He came into the real world after his college graduation in 2008.

FAILED & TIME AGAIN for more than 2 years after his graduation to get a start for his career, He has flown for work assignments to Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, New Zealand through his positivity, faith in himself and the thirst to prove his capability to others.

Inspired by Jack Canfield, Steve Jobs, Tom Hopkins, his enormous potential and immense energy would light the power within oneself and motivate people no matter what their age is!

Being an admirer of Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, he will follow his footprints to ignite young minds in India. The goal of his life is to make people’s life meaningful. It has come true through his amazing initiative by establishing his venture, Rabbit Tortoise in Hopes College, Coimbatore in 2015.

Today, that same idea of slowing down to choose wisely is the foundation of Rabbit Tortoise’s AI-powered career coaching — helping students pause, understand themselves, and choose a path with real clarity, instead of running fast in the wrong direction.
